Chuck Harnden, owner and founder of Harnden Construction Services (HCS) , is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he served in the 101st Airborne Division. With 40+ years of experience in the civil site construction industry, in 2012 he started HCS with the vision of supporting other returning service men and women.
